I just HAVE to tell everyone at “Muphy’s” how please my husband and I are with the two young men, Mark and Andrew who removed our old HVAC and installed our complete new HVAC unit yesterday, 3/18/15.

Not only did they do an excellent, professional install, but they are both very, very polite, considerate and respectful of the homeowners property. They took those little extra precautions that most homeowners look for and really hope they get / see as MOST of the time when the “service people” leave your home they rarely take their mess with them (haha). Mark and Andrew DID clean up after themselves both on the inside and the outside of our home.

As it has been only a short time since installation, I can say; “So Far, So Good”…everything seems to be working properly and we are please with ALL.

We look forward to enjoying many comfortable years of the heating and air conditioning and also of “Breathing Clean Air” in our home!!

I just wanted to drop you a note regarding the recent AC service at our home. Markus and Nick did a great job – quickly and efficiently!

They had to order an air handler blower unit and installed it promptly upon arrival. I found Markus to be very knowledgeable of his trade and he provided good explanations of the needed repairs and process.

In today’s world of “trade tardiness and no shows” it is refreshing to deal with an individual and a company that does what they told you they would do! Both Markus and Nick are a complement to your company and I look forward to seeing them again during the fall check-up.

Additionally, the office staff is courteous and helpful – I spoke with Cindy and Nancy on multiple occasions. Thank you both!

Holly, you guys were awesome again, thanks. I appreciate that you were able to get someone out this afternoon who fixed the A/C unit. There are 8 people, three generations, staying in my place right now, so I’m sure they appreciate the quick work.
